Kaleb Blanton is exceptional. His service manner and greeting were exceptional. When he said, “how can I help you, my friend” I was impressed. He didn’t try to twist my arm to add on things I didn’t need. He got to the point and got me in and out quickly I’ve been in the service and retail industry over 45 years and I know an excellent employee when I see one. I’ve spoken with mangers and other personnel there, and no one was as courteous and kind as this young man. I’ve even spoken the the general manager and frankly I found him to be a bit condescending. The folks in the parts department have always been very helpful. The ladies at checkout have always been great. But this young man really impressed this long time customer. Johnny Devalle was my long time salesman years ago. I’m sure you have great guys like him still. I’ve managed and supervised many people over the years. In fact if I had an opening, I would have offered Kaleb a job on the spot. Keep up the good work Kaleb, Marshall Mize is blessed to have you.

It was a great experience all the way from setting up the service to getting my truck back. I was checked on many times by Falicha Newton to see if I was ok or needed anything and provided status updates.
Dropped off Bronco for a routine service. Falicha checked me in promptly and the service was completed 75 minutes later. I was sent a text the vehicle was ready and I was on my way. Thanks Felicia!

Today December 18, 2024 I met with Service Advisor Falicha Newton concerning my 2024 F-150 for a complicated issue with my Sirius Radio Satellite System. Your dedicated Service Advisor determined through her knowledge that my Sirius System no longer was picking up a signal. She took the time to contact Sirius and she successfully fixed the problem. To say the least I am very grateful to Falica and your dealership for helping me. Falica has a wonderful personality and most importantly the patience in solving problems. She is an asset to your dealership. I have a second issue with my 2024 F-150 in that there is a whining noise coming from the engine. Falica was able to also hear this noise while I was there this morning. The whining noise is possibility an idler tension pulley that will need replaced. My F-150 was purchased new from your dealership in May of this year and only has 5,000 miles on the odometer at this time. When I return from an out of town trip January 10, 2025 I will again return to your dealership and make contact with your Service Advisor to address this whining noise I am hearing. Thanks again for making me a happy customer.
